A list of the deliberate, sometimes uncomfortable choices that make our work measurably different from the off-the-shelf, engagement-bait, cloud-by-default alternatives. None of these are marketing — they are day-to-day engineering practice.
If a decision can't be justified against one of these three, we don't ship it.
We deliberately ship fewer features, fewer screens, fewer pixels. The cost of every added surface is paid by the user, in attention and trust. We refuse to spend that currency on anything that isn't pulling its weight.
Personal data is processed on-device, encrypted at rest with AES-256, and never leaves the device unless the user has explicitly opted in to a specific sync. We do not collect, broker, or sell user data. Period.
Every interaction is designed to leave the user calmer, clearer, and more in control. We measure success in the absence of frustration, not the presence of engagement metrics.
Our products are engineered so that the local SQLite or Core Data store is the source of truth. Cloud sync is an opt-in add-on, not a default — and it is built on a zero-knowledge architecture so that even we cannot read the synced data.
We integrate AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity LevelPlay, Meta Audience Network, Pangle, ironSource, Mintegral, Liftoff, Chartboost, InMobi, and Tapjoy — but never at the cost of the user. We implement frequency capping, skip-after-5s on rewarded video, and full ATT compliance.
We build procedural engines for audio, visual, and interaction generation. The result: products that feel alive, fresh, and personal on every visit — without an army of content moderators or a generative-AI bill that only a hyperscaler can afford.
Every title is built against GDPR, UK-GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, LGPD, PIPL, India's DPDP Act, and Saudi NDPA from the first commit. The DSA transparency report is a feature, not a deliverable we promise "later."
We don't pyramid engagements. Every client is staffed by a senior practitioner with 10+ years of production experience — never a junior, never a "resource." It costs us margin; it costs you less risk.
WCAG 2.2 AA compliance, VoiceOver labelling, Dynamic Type, and Reduce Motion support are part of the definition of done, not a separate engagement. Our QA process can't pass a build that fails an accessibility lint.
No manipulative notification loops, no streak-shaming, no dark-pattern onboarding. We design flows that respect the user's attention, time, and emotional bandwidth — because building anything else would be a quiet form of contempt.
Every engagement begins with a written statement of work, a fixed price, and a fixed date. We do not run time-and-materials, we do not invoice for "scope expansion," and we do not hide work behind change orders.
We deliver a single Swift / Kotlin / React Native codebase with a documented architecture, a published test suite, and a CI/CD pipeline your in-house team can take over on day one. We believe in making ourselves unnecessary as quickly as possible.
Our average client relationship is now over four years. We don't pitch for new logos if it would dilute the service we owe existing clients. We are not building to flip; we are building to last.
"In a market saturated with off-the-shelf ad-tech stacks and engagement-bait patterns, nixbyteflowcore is a genuine outlier. They built us an iOS application that respects the user, the regulation, and our balance sheet — in roughly the same time as our previous vendor took to ship a half-finished MVP. They are the studio we wish we had found three years earlier."
