// Common Questions

Things people ask, briefly answered

What is your typical project size?

Most engagements fall between £25,000 (a 4-week privacy audit) and £450,000 (a 6-month embedded squad shipping a full iOS application). We rarely take engagements below £15,000, because below that threshold we cannot guarantee the senior-practitioner ratio we insist on.

Do you work with startups?

Yes — but only post-seed, and only when there is a senior technical co-founder or technical lead on the client side. We have learned the hard way that the only sustainable way to ship privacy-respecting products is to have an in-house champion of that posture.

Can you sign an NDA before the first call?

Yes. We have a standard mutual NDA on file (UK-law governed) that we can execute in under 24 hours via DocuSign. Send a request to contact@nixbyteflowcore.com and we will counter-sign within the same business day.

Do you white-label your work for agencies?

No. We have found that the most successful engagements are ones where we are accountable to the end client directly. We are happy to be a sub-contractor for fixed-scope, well-defined deliverables, but we will not silently rebrand our work.

Do you publish your source code?

Our internal tooling (build pipelines, design tokens, deployment scripts) is published in a curated, anonymised form on our public repositories. Client-delivered code is, of course, owned by the client — we transfer full IP on final invoice payment.

What languages do your team speak?

The team is natively English-speaking. We also work fluently in German, French, Spanish, and Mandarin for written communication. Our published applications are localised into 14 languages by professional translators.
